Sushi rice Saitaku

This rice is especially suitable for making rice for sushi.

Making sushi rice:

1) Was the rice good first.

2) Put the rice in a pan with water. A cup of rice and 0.5 cup of water.

3) Bring the rice to a boil over low heat. Put the lid on the pan. Let the sushi rice cook for about 15 minutes until the water is completely absorbed. Remove the pan from the heat and leave for 10 minutes.

The rice can easiest be stirred in a wooden sushi dish (hangiri) with a bamboo spoon to allow it to cool down gradually.
